How do I request a matching gift?
Requesting a matching gift is normally very quick, and all the tools you need should be right here on this page. Start by searching for your employer鈥檚 name in the above search bar, and review the forms, guidelines, and processes that show up. Most donors complete a matching gift form electronically, and it takes a few short minutes to complete. In some cases, your company might require you to submit a paper match form directly to the appropriate department.
