Students who are working on or who have completed original projects can be nominated by faculty to display a poster or give an oral presentation of their work at the event. All students who are nominated will be contacted via email and invited to submit an application which includes a 100-150 word abstract describing their project. Nomination of a student project does not guarantee that student’s admission into the showcase; students who are interested in presenting MUST submit an abstract using the Student Submission Form.
Faculty nominations are due by February 22, 2024.
Also, we welcome 茄子社区 Faculty and Staff to volunteer as judges for presentations the day of the event. More information can be found in the Award and Judging Information.
