   • If you attended school within the United States: Have your school send your official transcripts directly to ÇÑ×ÓÉçÇø. You will be able to view the completed requirement in your application status page once they have been processed.
   • If you attended school outside the United States: Please refer to the Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) website to view the needed for admission.
     • You need to select the country you studied in from the drop down menu and click GO.Ìý
     • The website will let you know what documents you need to submit to ÇÑ×ÓÉçÇø. If they are not in English, we also require a certified English translation of the documents.
     • This is NOT a request for an official ECE evaluation. In most cases, ECE evaluations are NOT required for high school level transcripts or exams.
     • When you are ready to submit your transcripts, upload them to your application status page. Transcript evaluations can take 3-5 business days to complete. You will be able to view the completed requirement in your application status page once they have been processed.
2. Standardized Test Score:

   This is a document an individual signs to accept financial responsibility for the applicant.Ìý If you are financially sponsoring yourself, please complete both sections of the form.ÌýÌý If you plan to have multiple financial sponsors, we will need one form per sponsor.Ìý

   For those bringing a dependent spouse or child, please complete the middle section.Ìý

   Required Documents for Dependents:

   • For Spouse: marriage certificate and passport
   • For Children: birth certificate and passport
4. Bank Statement:ÌýÌýA photocopy (no more than 6 months prior to the date of review) from a bank or other financial institution is acceptable. Balances must be reported on official bank letterhead or business forms, and it must be in English or accompanied by a certified English translation. If you are being sponsored by a parent, spouse and/or relative, their information along with their relationship to you must be provided on the Affidavit of Support form in the sponsor section. Please do not send itemized bank statements.ÌýÌýBe sure to limit the bank statements to one or two pages,Ìýper sponsor, with the account number(s) and amount(s). You may have more than one sponsor.
